Ubuntu MATE AMDGPU Driver Issues (GPU Info ONLY)

This thread is for information gathering only, anything else will be removed.

There are confirmed on-going issues with some AMD GPUs and versions of Ubuntu MATE, Xubuntu, and Ubuntu Studio (Xfce) starting with the 20.04 release. This may also affect other flavors including Ubuntu Budgie but those are unconfirmed at this point.

Please see the thread below for more information and for support:

Here are a couple relevant Bug reporting links for this issue (We encourage you to continue reporting bugs such as these):

What we want to do is to gather information on specific AMD GPUs and the versions of Ubuntu MATE which are being affected. We will collate this data and present it upstream to help get these issues resolved.

If you are affected by the AMD GPU issue, please post your GPU and Machine specs using the inxi command shown below.

First, you may need to install inxi:

sudo apt install inxi

Then run:

inxi -SMG

Please post the output of that command in this thread. Make sure to place inside code blocks for easy reading.

We appreciate your patience as we try and work through this issue, but we can really only do that with your help and assistance.

Thanks

Was experiencing sync-line glitch.

Had to uninstall a ppa ( https://launchpad.net/~ernstp/+archive/ubuntu/mesarc) today, because of another bug ( Graphic Bug with Kernel 5.4.0-58-generic - where do i report this? )
Then this error reoccurs:

inxi -SMG

The error is Mesa related and STILL occurs today in an updated 20.04.1
The Error is fixed somewhere betweeen Mesa 20.0.8 and 20.3.0-rc2
