Hi everyone, I installed Ubuntu MATE last night on my HP Elitebook 8440p and since then booting up the PC takes more than 10 mins. I switched from Kali and Kali took less than 90 seconds to boot. Can anyone help me with this issue

hit the esc key while the Ubuntu MATE startup screen in on and see if there is something happening

Open a terminal and run:
systemd-analyze blame
to see which services took a long time to start during boot.
If you paste the results here we might have some tips to shorten the boot time a bit.
