Ubuntu MATE sounds promising, but does it work with the Arc theme?

Looking at the trailer, Ubuntu MATE looks very promising. I would like to switch from Ubuntu (Unity)

But I remembered that I used Linux Mint not long ago, and it didn’t work with the Arc theme.
I love Arc.
Arc is love.
Arc is life.

And I don’t want to install MATE and then see that it’s not compatible.

In short: does the Arc theme work for you in MATE?

After playing with this theme in Solus, I would be interested in knowing myself…

Just installed both themes in 16.10 and seem to work just fine. Running arc-dark at the moment and kinda like it :slight_smile:

Anyhow, thats the result of my 2 minute test.

Arc works awesome with mate :thumbsup: . I too am a huge fan of arc…

You can without doubt use it with Umate.

Hi, I'm a new member here. I'm using the X-Arc theme. Everything quite works out, but in some cases, like in VLC player, it's not working as expected.

Has this happened to someone else? Is there a fix or workaround?
