It look like the Manjaro welcom screen. 
They all look the same to me . But they are informationgiving 
@IvCHo I actually have a welcome screen about 80% finished for Ubuntu MATE. It will feature in 15.10. I put the source code up soon 
@Wimpy Will it be pulled back to 15.04 repo ?
That is unlikely. Like I said, this is planned for 15.10.
