Unable to add a new user

Can't find "user and groups"

nope, i didn't use any script until now to test, what i need to change on the script. This is a clean Installation I just used the normal Image: https://cdimage.ubuntu.com/ubuntu-mate/releases/22.04/release/ubuntu-mate-22.04-desktop-amd64.iso

In short, sudo apt install gnome-system-tools and reboot.
Control Center will have Users & Groups icon.
