Unable to overclock Raspberry pi 2 with Ubuntu mate

Hello all,
I want to overclock my pi2 but can’t
If i open my config.txt in /boot I only see 1 line that I can use to overclock. Not all the options I can choose from (as described on internet) like Turbo mode and more.

I already changed the the #arm_freq to 1000 but it looks like it doesn’t do anything. See screenshots provided.

I just succesfully overclocked it by uncommenting the lines. But still missing the extra options like turbo mode.

@Wingchun1274 The turbo mode, or any other overclock preset on the Raspberry Pi, can also be achieved by setting the parameters manually in config.txt.
