Every time I login to my desktop (Disco Dingo - Mate 1.20.4) I get the attached window pop up

Problem is it doesn't really give me (a fairly noob) a clue as to which log file I should go and 'explore' in the hope I can pinpoint the issue. Or even let me see the report to see if I can glean some insight to maybe try a few things..
Can someone shed some light please?
