Via Chrome 9 drivers?

Hi, I tried ubuntu mate on raspberry pi 2 and I decided to install it on my old pc but I have a problem: the hardware is a bit old so I have problems in finding drivers. I already tried some linux distributions a year ago but I found out they was all going slow. I searched online for my graphic card driver but I found only the version for old ubuntu versions. Can someone help me?

Also, here are pc specs:
-Amd Sempron 3000+ 1,60GHz(64bit)
-1,50Gb RAM
-VIA Chrome9 HC IGP Family WDDM (of S3 Graphics) [The driver problem]

Actually I’m using Windows 10 but it’s too slow and i don’t like Windows.
Sorry for my bad English.

I have hardware with that graphics chipset. Sadly support in Linux (generally) for it has been broken for sometime. Something based on Ubuntu 12.04 should work though.

So there aren’t ways to get it working on ubuntu mate 15.04?

No, this has been broken for all Linux distributions from about Kernel 3.4 or 3.5.
