I have a 3.5” tft touch screen purchased from here; https://www.jaycar.com.au/raspberry-pi-3-5in-touchscreen-lcd-with-stylus-and-enclosure/p/XC4631.
I tried using their Git repo for driver install, waveshare wiki driver, a few other brands too.
I run the scripts for the install which results in a reboot at final stage to switch to the 3.5” screen on all the installs. I end on 1 of 2 scenarios from this;
- on startup the touch screen has power and is just white display and the output continues through micro hdmi
- on startup the touch screen has power and is just white display the micro hdmi is hung on rainbow raspberry Pi screen
Once it is hung on the rainbow screen I can’t ssh into the Pi and I then Re-flash the SD card.
Any advice or tips would be great!
