What happened to the Wireguard PPA?

I get the following error when checking for updates:

From their Launchpad page: "This formerly was responsible for producing a PPA for WireGuard on Ubuntu. That functionality has now been folded into Ubuntu itself, so our old PPA has been removed."

You should remove that PPA. You can find instructions for PPA removal here

So future updates of 18.04 will include any wireguard updates if needed?
