I managed to install 16.04 daily build to my mac mini. When booting from harddisk, I get an Icon which says “RELEASE install” (or “install RELEASE”) - what is this?
I got it installed already - or does it mean “install the official release” and I have to wait till April to click it?
It’s just a bug in the daily builds, In the final builds ubiquity will be removed during install, so you won’t see that icon. You could try to remove ubiquity:
sudo apt-get remove ubiquity

Ubiquity "Release Install" was present in 20.04 fresh install. Uninstalled it following these instructions.
