our MATE app shows no earned badges and say I just joined. What's happened?
Hi Brian,
The 'Users' page, that you are referring to, doesn't show badges.
But in your profile I can still see all your badges so they are still there.
The 'Users' page that you see defaults to only show activity of the past week.
Since this is the first time this week that you visit, it is quite normal that it looks like that.
You can change the view to today, week, month , quarteryear, year or all time. It may look a bit more comprehensible if you switch it to year or more.
