I can not find where to plug the lead to the hard drive fan.
I got it all cleaned up and running like a top.
I think I had about a tablespoon of dust that came loose.
There is no dedicated harddrive-fanconnector but you can use the universal fanconnectors on the motherboard (if the connector fits ofcourse)
Do you have one fan for each of your hard drives?
No, just 1 harddrive (the other is NVMe), but the fans supply half of the air intake of the case (the other two 140 mm (5.5 Inch) fans are on the side and not visible on this picture).
It might seem overkill but i set them to spin slowly (about 500 rpm) so the system is pretty quiet.
I would like to learn how to slow down the case fan and the hard drive fan. Could you help me?
I set the scaling for the casefan speed in the BIOS.
I guess you could do that too.
Thanks so much for the help.
The small one will fit on the sysfan1 or sysfan2 connector on the motherboard
