my mate is 22.04. and i couldnt see favorites bar on caja
beside this, there is a bar seen on the left section but choosing favorites did not turn out any single favorites
but
with ctrl+B yes there is a configurable favorites folder
how can i fix this

I am not sure I am understanding you, but
if the left pane is revealed (under view menu)
There should be a "Bookmarks" section.
(Ctrl+B gives you editing on this)
To set a bookmark, navigate to the site you want to bookmark, and press Ctrl+D. You will be able to edit the displayed name of the bookmark, and it will appear under "Bookmarks" on the left pane.
