Where is Synaptic Package Manager?

I am just starting to use Mate and don’t see any Synaptic Package Manager. I was wanting to look in there for some drivers and such but cannot find it. Nothing specific just comparing to my other linux installations.

Also, getting some suggestions above while I type but not able to click on them to go to a link?

sudo apt-get install synaptic

Thank you very much, I did eventually find it here in “Tips” could have googled it I guess. Thought is was included.

If you're running Ubuntu MATE 15.10, it's also available in the Welcome program under the Software category:
