Where is system preferences in ubuntu mate 20.04?

Not the little menu on the side or the one under your user name but this one,

I was in system preferences a few days back and I can't return back to it. I'm currently in zorin on another laptop, I have searched my entire new system from head to foot, where is it?!

UM 20.04 has a Control Center, in my case it is under the System menu.

Hello @Katherine_Winters, your screenshot looks like GNOME Shell. If you're in Ubuntu Mate 20.04 you can also try hitting super+I to bring up Control Center.
