Can someone clarify for me ...

Is this Launchpad site still the Canonical primary channel for coordinating code uploads/merging/release that originate on the UbuntuMATE GitHub Development Site?

Or is there another one site to look at (after all the talk about the phase-out of Bazaar?

It might have been on the ubuntu-mate and mate-desktop GitHub pages first, though my ubuntu-mate pull requests are still hanging for a while haha.
