Why compiz reloaded instead of compiz repository?

Hello,
Considering the bellow tuto to install compiz reloaded for 19.10 or 20.04, please, can explain to me why we should not install compiz from Ubuntu's repository with:
sudo apt install compiz compizconfig-settings-manager
With Ubuntu Mate 20.04, install compiz from Ubuntu's repository works fine. So, I need more explanation.

It is workaround to fix bugs in normally packaged Compiz.

See other thread for details

I still hope that compiz-mate package will become fixed before final 20.04 LTS.

I disagree. What bugs? I can install compiz in 20.04 from repository and no bug observed. That's why I ask. Can you explain more?

So you are saying that you see desktop decorations on MATE session?
Please provide screenshot proofing this.
Last time I have had the following:

(there are no window decorations when Compiz is active window manager)

OMG, I'm so sorry, I didn't see that issue when I tested in my virtualmachine 20.04! I had imported my compiz settings from my laptop 18.04 and when I see the sweet windows effects of compiz in 20.04 I ask my question here. My mistake I test to fast.

FWIW, I installed compizconfig settings manager and then selected compiz in 20.04 today and everything seemed to work (including window decorations).
