why there’s no gnome software center in beta2

There is the software boutique and within it you can download Ubuntu Software Center, Synaptic, Software, and App Grid. Also, you can download via the terminal if there is something else you need.

You can add it in terminal

Code:
sudo apt install gnome-software

and you have the gnome-software-center.

Click on the top panel > System > Welcome and a new world awaits your hungry eyes! (my pic is in German but you get the idea!).
