I have a partially-downloaded file downloaded by wget, but downloading files from the website is slow, I get the same torrent file and set the download folder to the partially-downloaded file is, will the KTorrent continues downloading my partially-downloaded file? Thanks in advance.
Yes, if KTorrent doesn't verify the data at the time you add the .torrent file, you can right click the torrent once added and choose Check Data in the context menu.
Similarly, Transmission (the one pre-installed 
) labels this "Verify local data".
