I wrote a simple bash script to copy a local directory to a dropbox folder and I setup crontab to run it once a day. And yes, I know I can get Dropbox to sync it for me for but this way I don’t have to deal with dropbox syncing during the day and chewing up resources. Besides, it was fun to try something new.
So nothing earth shattering, just thought I would share as you folks would be the only ones to appreciate it. I told my wife and I could see her eyes glossing over.
