The conclusion is that we don't really use Facebook or Twitter X and not really advocators for it.
We both agreed to drop Facebook and X as login options for the forum.
I believe your account should be using the email associated with the social account, try using that to login or reset the password. If you can no longer do so, or forgot, please get in touch with a moderator and we can discuss the options.
