X2GO setup not getting desktop

I have installed X2GO server on my server and X2GO client on my laptop. It opens up. I try to connect. The X2GO has a box “Display” 52 “Status” running “Command” MATE. So I think it is running but I am not getting the desktop.

Any help would be appreicated.

If this is similar to XRDP, the command for a MATE desktop session should be: mate-session
