xRDP/xfce4 Blank Screen

I'm trying to setup xfce4 for Ubuntu because I have been using VNC Viewer and it constantly disconnects and reconnects. I followed this tutorial (and it's almost working but it doesn't load the desktop. This is what I see when I try to RDP..

Any ideas?

Thanks heaps! It's almost there!
Now my mouse cursor gets stuck on the loading icon and it seems the loading of the desktop gets stuck.
Any ideas on how to fix this?
