Youtube slow related to AMD driver?

Hello, I am pretty new with Ubuntu and Linux in general. In order to save an old EeePC Asus with AMD CPU and upgrade the RAM I have chosen to try again Linux after many years. I can say that after 10 years now it is much more user friendly that before. Anyway now I can’t go back because this PC will work only with Linux 64bit due to the 4 gb ram I have installed.
Everything run smoothly except the videos in internet, with FF or Chrome, Youtube or anyone else. VLC instead run perfectly.
I found out that an unknown hardware was not used or used with a generic “processor microcode firmware for AMD CPU from AMD64-microcode”.
I installed the original driver from AMD for RADEON HD3xxx series but nothing seems to change in youtube.
I paste here the configuration. I say really thanks to who will try to help. Thanks a lot.

hi, what is the problem with playback in web browsers? stuttering, buffering etc

Could be a network issue if vlc plays video without problems.

Have a look in dmesg for any errors or post it here
Open a terminal and type dmesg and press enter, may give you an idea of what is going on.

Also try a wired connection if possible to rule out the wifi adapter.

Hello, thanks for your answer, No way, the buffering is OK. The video is stuttering as much the resolution is high. Wifi works fine as wired.
here the dmesg plot. Thanks a lot
