Ctrl-Shift switch layout hotkey blocks other Ctrl-Shift-... hotkeys

Expected behaviour

In earlier versions of MATE DE, when I put Ctrl-Shift hotkey as layout switch it works perfectly.
'Cause as usual it works on “Release” action not on “Press”
Actual behaviour

Now when I press for example “Open closed tab” hotkey (Ctrl-Shift-T) in browser it switches layout, but dont open closed tab - only new tab. As I understand operate as “Ctrl-T” hotkey.

The same problem with other Ctrl-Shift-x hotkeys in all applications.

Dear @rolandua!

It is known problem (see my post as example). I have prepared the fix for 16.04 LTS (with HWE) and 18.04 LTS.

The fix - you should add my PPA (This PPA contains Xorg packages with patch from from ArchLinux AUR ) to the system and install packages from it with the commands below:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:nrbrtx/xorg-hotkeys
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
