I know this has been a problem for years. On any distro I have installed the Nvidia drivers, the boot screen never works properly afterwards. I have finally wanted to fix this.
Currently, the screen is black with some really lite text that I cannot read during the boot. It boots fine otherwise.
Any suggestions????
Currently on Ubuntu Mate 20.04 with Nvidia's 440 drivers installed.
