I have a Brother DCP multipurpose printer and I would like to scan multiple pages on both sides from the tray. But if I try to initiate scanning via Document Scanner program there is some operation in the scanner and then the pop-up error message comes up: Failed to scan: Unable to start the scan.
If I try to do it from the other side and chose a printer's option of scanning into the computer, it says the computer is not connected. Do I have to connect via cable for this procedure, or how to debug?
