LibreOffice Yaru-dark theme not complete (Solved)

I actually like what the team has done with the Yaru theme, windows and icons.
However LibreOffice is not nice, at all. It is not adapting as I would expect. Maybe its by design, maybe not. I have tried to figure out how to fix/configure it, searching here, and elsewhere without success.

I am using the Yaru-dark theme. All other apps adapt to the this theme, except for LibreOffice.

Any idea how to fix this?

I am replying to myself since I solved it just after publishing this post. I am not deleting the post in case other people have the same issue:

LibreOffice -> Tools -> Options -> Personalize -> Default appearance; Do not use themes.
