I use ubuntu mate 16.04 32 bits.
I attached an lspci of the computers --> https://drive.google.com/open?id=1pFwNofmT5l23LLLjLuXVEYpSDoY4PZJCcNQJGpaPu14

How can I solve it?
If you need any specific log, tell me.

Thanks

Hi @mperez,

firstly, you have SIS graphics which may be part of your problem?:

Secondly, have you run all your updates?:

Let us know what happens please.

Thanks for the reply.

Yes, the computers have a Silicon Integrated Systems [SiS] 771/671 PCIE VGA Display Adapter (rev 10)

I have tried the method of the guide but it still works badly (now I can change the resolution).

The computers are full update,a few days ago everything worked fine.

Thanks

EDIT: I’m trying to delete the “splash” option on the grub and it seems to work fine

So, it is it solved for you now?.
