When I shut down the system it crashes by launching the following alarm:
at-spi-registryd.desktop
he does not answer
The shutdown is very very slow. Is there a way to fix it?
Thank you.

Hi, this seems to be a known issue with multiple bug reports logged across several distributions. The workaround may potentially resolve around Orca, but without knowing more about your system and what tools you use or have enabled, I can't provide more information. Hopefully there should be a resolution soon.
A temporary workaround is listed in the above thread.
Just disable it in Startup Applications. It’s safe as long as you don’t use Assistive Technologies. Reboot and it won’t start next time you log in so shutdown should be normal after that.
