Sticky notes came out unexpectedly

Hi!
Today I put the sticky notes on it and it comes out unexpectedly.
If I click on a new note, nothing happens, the note is not displayed.
He keeps throwing the window that he left unexpectedly.

Any ideas?

Are you using Ubuntu MATE 24.04 LTS ("Noble Numbat")? If so, did that "Notes" application ever work correctly for you in that Ubuntu MATE 24.04 version OR did it only work well in previous versions of Ubuntu MATE ? I ask that because, a few months ago (on September 2024), @marcelo_martin created the following topic, here in the Ubuntu MATE Community, regarding the "Notes" application ("Sticky Notes") not working in Ubuntu MATE 24.04 :

In a reply that I wrote in that same topic, on 28th September 2024 - "Notes app not working on 24.04 / Data location - #10 by ricmarques" - I arrived to the following conclusions:

1 - In a VM (Virtual Machine) running "Ubuntu MATE 24.04 .1 LTS" ("Noble Numbat"), clicking on the "New Note " menu option of the "Sticky Notes" doesn't work. Indeed, at least in my case, it crashed with the error message "Sticky Notes" has quit unexpectedly .

2 - The crash brought the "Sorry, Ubuntu 24.04 has experienced an internal error" window where the "Title" of the crash is revealed to be "stickynotes-applet crashed with SIGSEGV in gtk_text_iter_compare()":

3 - This may be another case of the following bug that I then found ("Stickynotes crashes on Alpine Linux and Gentoo") in the "mate-desktop/mate-applets " GitHub Repository:
