I don't know if this has been reported but the "Subscribe to Welcome updates" button is now missing after recent system updates?:
The button only appears if the system hasn’t been “subscribed” for Welcome updates (the PPA hasn’t been been added).

I’m afraid that it’s too late, @lah7, the “Subscribe to Welcome Updates” button - now being missing - has effectively spurred @wolfman on to Windows10

Hah, sorry, I could not resist, @wolfman! That’s what you get for asking a question from one of our busied maestros… and then disappearing all day. 
Seriously (sort of) though, this new and wholly beefed-up Welcome Center, with all of its various opportunities, should genuinely and proficiently fill most, if not all, newbie needs for MS Windows style click/push-button - OCD fulfillment. 
For whatever reason, I find myself checking in with it everyday now.
