System rescue or re-install

Hi . Need help with my system , it froze twice , re-booted and was fine . Jumped back on last night and it looks like it has gone into some recovery mode . Can I recover or is it a re-install . On Lenovo ideapad 110 ..............

Thanks , I'll give them a try . Just tried some others but came up not found or no file .
