Ok: re-enable the fourth one (ubuntu-mate-dev), though it shouldnāt be the origin of the issue.
After this, open a terminal and reload the sources to be sure:
sudo apt-get update
I think I see where the issue is: you have the Proposed repo enabled. Itās in the tab āOpzioni di sviluppoā. You should never have Proposed enabled as itās made for testing unreleased packages that can be unstable. The repo should be enabled only when you have an issue with a package and the developers test bug fixes (in which case, you enable the repo, update the related package and disable the repo back).
To be sure of this, give me the output of, e.g.:
apt-cache policy ubuntu-mate-core atril bash

There are still missing packages compared to the screenshots but I assume thatās because theyāre local versions with not repo available.
First, if you havenāt done it before, go back to the Control Center ā Software & Updates, go in the last tab and disable the Proposed repository. Then, reload the sources:

You can remove the following packages that are from eOS:

- elementary-theme
- fonts-raleway-elementary

For each of them, right-click and choose the option to purge (it will highlight them in red), not simply uninstall (that would highlight them in orange) and apply changes.
Then, check your kernel version with uname -a and tell me what it is. Give me also the output of:
apt-cache policy linux-headers-4.4.0-125 linux-headers-4.4.0-125-generic linux-image-4.4.0-125-generic linux-image-extra-4.4.0-125-generic
(I canāt see the complete name of the last three packages in your screenshot but I assume these are correct; if not, fix the name in the apt-cache command.)
Apart from that, we have these packages that I canāt identify:

- openprinting-ppds-postscript (I canāt see the full name)
Can you tell me if you installed them manually (deb packages) or you have no idea where theyāre from? EDIT: I see that thereās a keyring for the Samsung repo that has been disabled earlier (suldr). Did you use it for a printer? If so, I guess that the openprinting package (and maybe others) comes from it. Iām not sure why you disabled the repo: was it at the beginning of the topic when we disabled eOS ones or was it before? Donāt you need it?

Thatās weird that youāre on a kernel that isnāt from the repos. My best guess would be that it was upgraded from the Proposed repository. Well, if you intend to upgrade to 18.04, it doesnāt really matter as youāll get a more recent one, but if you stick to 16.04, this should be something to check more thoroughly.
As for the other packages:
- youāre right for contractor, you can remove it
- I know that itās an indicator for the weather but did you install it because you needed it or was it preinstalled (maybe by elementaryOS)?
- I also know that VideoHelper is a Firefox plugin to download media files but Iām surprised itās installed as a deb package: do you remember how you installed it?
- ok for the openprinting package but kind of the same question: did you install it manually with a deb package or did it come from a repo thatās been disabled?
As for the Samsung repo (Samsung Unified Linux Driver Repository) thatās been disabled, you donāt need it anymore?
In any case, Iād suggest to remove also the my-weather-indicator and net.downloadhelper.coapp packages in preparation for the upgrade to 18.04.
One last thing: can you give me the output of the following command?
sudo apt-get -s autoremove --purge
The -s option will simulate the command so that I can see the list of eventual packages before you actually run it and check if itās ok. If it asks you to validate, answer ānā.
